Danau Kaloin

Do you want to capture yourself with a snow but not a real snow? and make a little prank for your friends and family? Then you should definitely visit Danau Kaolin, it is a very interesting and breath taking lake that are snowing (but no its not a real snow) that occurred and found in Bangka Belitung Island in Desa Air Bara - Kabupaten Bangka Tengah dan Selatan. Its existence once an old place that are used for kaolin production, they need to dig it for about 1-2 meter, they used clean water and very traditional or old ways of doing it so it is very pure and use no chemical, creating a natural process. Throughout time, things changed and it has been left there abandoned and untouched so nature decided to took care of it.

Its very simple and affortable to visit for Indonesian people and tourists, its located are not far from Desa Air Bara we can slightly go to the west and beside Simpang Bemban this specific place are not far from our destination Danau Kaolin. Many tourists said that it is familiar as Islandia, because of its blue water and surrounded by white base like a snow. A very beautiful lake instead, as we know that Indonesian dont produce snow, not many people know this place yet, mostly to Indonesian, they probably will be in shocked when they figure out that its exists after all this amazing nature.
